Custom Documents Built Within Encompass®

Are you still using your own institution's forms in conjunction with documents produced by Encompass?

Many institutions are not aware that a wide range of your internal forms can be built directly within Encompass and integrated into existing document sets — custom documents with preliminary disclosures, custom documents as part of your closing package - all data populated automatically from the system.

In some cases, institutions are already using basic custom documents. In others, this capability remains largely or partially untapped.

As part of my advisory engagement, I work directly with management, lenders, processors, underwriters, and closers to automate and implement custom documents within Encompass — no third-party provider required.
