All decisions regarding the selection, engagement, and use of any Resource Partner shall be made exclusively by the client, who is responsible for performing its own independent due diligence, risk assessment, and contractual arrangements.

By engaging any third-party provider referenced by Mallioux Consulting LLC, the client agrees to assume all risks associated with such engagement and to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mallioux Consulting LLC and its members, managers, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to such third-party services, including but not limited to system failures, data loss, security breaches, regulatory issues, or operational disruptions.
